# Q3 2022 Post Unified Games Upgrade

## New

**Added USA\_SO Nevada  Program to the USA Programs list.** 

* Admin user  can assign an Event to Nevada
* Admin user can assign an user account to Nevada

## **Changes**

**Fitfeet Child Shoes sizes :** added child shoes sizes below the range of US shoes size 4 . 

* Added 1, 1.5,2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 shoes sizes for Child female and Child Male US shoe size 
* Shoe size and conversions for EU, Asia and UK sizes are included. 

**Fitfeet Adult  Shoes sizes :** added adult shoes sizes listed below. 

* Added 12.5 , 13 and 13.5 shoes sizes for Adult female , US shoe size. 
* Added 17 shoes sizes for Adult Male , US shoe size. 
* Shoe size and conversions for EU, Asia and UK sizes are included. 

**Event Management : Added Pagination and Search Feature to improve performance on the event management admin page.** 

* Added Pagination : page loads 10 events per page. 
* Events are listed in alphabetical order. 
* Ability to Search for an event added.

## **Bug Fixes** 

**Health Promotion: Fixed the Save button on  Body Composition form .** User is able to toggle to different forms once the Body Composition form is saved. 

**Event Dashboard metrics :** The  metrics displayed on the event dashboard will display metrics associated with screenings/visits for athletes registered to the event . Prior to the bug fix , the metrics included  all screening data associated with athlete registered regardless of the event.

**Pre-populate Upload  :** Trailing spaces in the Gender column will be accepted with this release. 

## **Tasks** 

**Updated incorrect  unknown gender for registrations associated with  SO\_Connecticut\_Jun\_4\_2022  :** The prepopulate file was uploaded for the event successfully but the majority of the records had gender defaulted to Unknown as a result of trailing spaces in the gender column.  Updated Gender for all records uploaded in event SO\_Connecticut\_Jun\_4\_2022 via a custom script. 

**Updated Incorrect Delegation for registrations associated with    SO\_Minnesota\_Aug\_13\_2022.** Delegation was incorrectly pre-populated and required a custom script fix. 

**Setup SOI Textit workflows in new SOI Textit account and Twilio numbers:** Reconfigured setup due to termination of prior admin account. 

**SMS - format phone numbers :** the phone numbers will be formatted during the pre-populated process  .Phone numbers need to be in  E164 format according to TexIt API.

*E. 164 numbers can have a maximum of fifteen digits and are usually written as follows: **\[+]\[country code]\[subscriber number including area code]**. An example of a US number in the E. 164 format is +16174441219*

## **Data Warehouse**

* Added new points-  in the data warehouse and updated the ETL. Updates include updates  listed in the New section and Change Section. 

## **DevOps and Upgrades**

* Upgraded the three OpenMRS production servers(SO-Americas, SO-Asia, and SO-EU-Africa) and HAS-Training server to the latest version of the software

## Known Issues 

**Past Visit Date displayed on Patient landing page :** Date listed for Past Visits on the Recent Visit tile is a day behind. This issue is a result of the user and server being in different time zones. UTC is the default time zone in OpenMRS.  Note that this is a OpenMRS community bug and the issue is yet to be fixed.
