Changes

Current Prescription Station

• Changed the Current Prescription section to display only when With Glasses or With Contact Lenses option is selected.

• Updated the layout of Sphere, Cylinder, Axis and ADD fields and single ADD field in Current Prescription station from a vertical layout to a horizontal layout.

Visual Acuity station

• Updated the form elements layout to the professional standard, from a vertical layout to a horizontal layout.

• Adjusted the process flow of elements in the Far – Right Eye, Far – Left Eye and Near – Both Eyes sections so that a user can only select / enter one option(Number input OR Walk up OR Light projection/light perception OR No light perception OR Unable to test) at a time.

Color Vision and Stereopsis Station

• In CVME section, adjusted Trial 2 to disappears if Trial 1 = 8 or 9.

• On the Stereopsis section, adjusted the RDE and PASS checklist to appear first before “Please select [ ]/6" and "Unable to test" entries and have the PASS checked by default.

Not Included

• Eye Health - List of Abnormalities ( Pending list from SOI)

• IOP form changes (Pending further clarification from SOI)

• Refraction form changes (A lot of impactful changes, to be put off in this release)

• Autofraction Changes, Showing two decimal places e.g 1.50 (Changes are not OpenMRS standards)

• Eye Health -- Change the label name for "Abnormalities" to "Briefly describe Abnormalities and Include the option of uploading a photo of the condition.

• Check Out and Recommendation -- UI and functionality Changes ( still under development, had a lot of changes)

• Cover Test Station Changes ( pending QA)
