Added the Event Dashboard (full functionality details included in the documentation)
- Accessible from the login page
- Includes key metrics about the screenings associated with a specific event
- The dashboard tracks data collected today, as well as data over the duration of the event
Added the ability to add an athlete's image to the athlete's record
Added 'Unknown' option to Gender field in the Registration form
Moved data warehouse to production server
Added SO Pilot server as data source for the data warehouse on the production server
Migrated existing event data on SO Pilot to the data warehouse

On the Check-Out form, removed the condition on the Question 7 and updated the text to "Use one strategy you learned today to set your Strong Minds Goal:". ( Removed the "If yes,")
On the Strong Minds Check-In form, updated Question 3 Text Format
Added an option "Unknown" to the Check-In form
Added an option "Unknown" to the Check-Out form

Changed the flow of the forms in the Fit Feet discipline so that the order is in the way the screening is done
Updated the names on Fit Feet forms

Turned on Jobs to run nightly at 11PM EST to move data from OpenMRS into the data warehouse

Resolved an issue with the dot colors when changing forms so that the color of the dot over the completed station changes from red to black once a form is completed and a when user clicks on "Save and Continue" in any discipline
Corrected misprinted and missing form names in the Special Smiles discipline
Improved the performance of Opening and Saving discipline forms
Prevented multiple instance of the same athlete being added during the event prepopulate upload
