Athlete Screening

To being a new screening, select “Start Visit” in the purple menu on the right side of the athlete landing page called “General Actions”. Select “Confirm” to being the visit.

In the menu called “Current Visit Actions” there exists one option per discipline. Select the appropriate discipline form to begin the screening.

The following forms are available for athlete screenings:

• Special Smiles

• Fit Feet

• Opening Eyes

• Funfitness

• Health Promotion

• Healthy Hearing

• Strong Minds
