Athlete Landing Page

The purpose of the Athlete Landing Page is to provide an overview of core information about the athlete which will persist between events.

Athlete Profile Picture

A profile picture of a given athlete may be added to the health record. The profile picture will appear in the patient header, to the left of the demographic information.

Selecting the icons below the profile image allow the user to upload a picture to the athlete's record

It is possible to add a picture to the athlete's record in two ways:

• Select the camera icon to use a camera built into the tablet or computer to capture an image of the athlete

• Select the file icon to upload an image already saved on the computer

Athlete Header

Demographic information about the athlete is displayed in the athlete header.The following demographic information is listed about the athlete:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Gender

• Age

• Date of Birth

• Delegation

• Athlete Status

• Unique ID number

Selecting "Show Contact Info" displays additional information about the athlete:

• Address

• Telephone Number

Selecting "Edit" in the patient header directs the user to a screen on which they may edit some of the demographic information in a workflow similar to registration. The following data elements may be edited:

• First Name

• Middle Name

• Lat Name

• Gender

• Age

• Date of Birth
