Added new metrics to the Event Dashboard. The update includes Overall Event metrics and Discipline metrics.

Healthy Hearing Forms
1. Athlete Question Form: Updated the following questions and response options.
Do you perceive a hearing loss? Yes, No, Did not answer
Do you have pain or discomfort in your ears? Yes: Left, Yes: Right, Yes: Both, No, Did not answer
Do you wear hearing aids? Yes: Left, Yes: Right , Yes: Both, No, Did not answer
If Yes, then display
Are you currently wearing them now? Yes: Left, Yes: Right, Yes: Both, No, Did not answer
2. Otoscopy Form: Updated the following questions and response options.
Removed OAE and Tympanometry screening not allowed
Right Ear: Clear, Partially blocked, Blocked, Foreign body present, Did not screen
Was ear wax removed from right ear? Completely removed, Partially removed , Unable to remove, Athlete refused
If Completely Removed or Partially Removed is selected then display
Right ear otoscopy after cleaning: Clear, Partially blocked, Blocked, Foreign body present
Right ear extra otoscopic findings : Perforation of ear drum, Discharge, Otitis externa , Atretic ear, Eczema in ear canal, Other (free text box)

Removed Unmasked BC row in Pure tone threshold table
Added Masked checkbox for each field in the Pure tone threshold table
Revised statement : If you obtain no response at the maximum intensity level, write the maximum loudness level at which frequency you tested, followed by a + sign, separated by commas if multiple (e.g., 105+ @ 1000 Hz R AC, 90+ @ 3000 Hz L BC).
Removed NR/C title and kept free text box

Opening Eyes Forms:
Current Prescription: Updated ADD in Current Prescription section to include separate ADD fields for Right and Left eye.
Cover Test: Updated Far and Near sections in Cover test as follows

Read only sections of the checkout form is auto-populated along with Prism and Base from the Current Prescription form ( station 2) and Refraction form (station 9).
Added new question to document type of eyewear and quantity dispensed at the event.

Health Promotion:
Body Composition Form updates: Added ability for users to enter waist measurements in cm. Previously the field restricted users to enter values in inches . Waist measurements can be entered now in cm or inches, similar to height fields in the Body Composition form. Note that if user selects height in inches, then radio button option to enter the waist in cms is disabled. If user selects height in cms, then radio button option to enter the waist in inches is disabled.
FUNFitness:
Balance Form updates: Removed the Old Functional Reach questions and all four fields listed under this section.
Registration:
Added: Ability to register an athlete under a ' No Delegation' delegation.
User can select ‘No Delegation’ in the Registration page-> Delegation. This is a single select option.
The ' No Delegation' is associated with SOI.
Event Management and Pre-populate updates :
Event Management Search feature: Admin user can search existing events via Configure Metadata → Manage Events -> Search feature. The search results is paginated and will display 10 events per page. Event Management functionality is accessible to admin users only.
Pre--populate process changes : Admin users can now upload zip codes along with the participant's registration data. Updated athlete pre-populate feature( Configure Metadata-> Manage Events )is accessible to admin users only. The pre-populate csv template is downloadable to admin user and the current template is labelled " athlete_import_template".
Data Warehouse
Added new data points in the data warehouse and updated the ETL. Updates include updates listed in the New section and Change Section.
DevOps and Upgrades
Upgraded the three OpenMRS production servers(SO-Americas, SO-Asia, and SO-EU-Africa) and HAS-Training server to the latest version of the software
