Search Record by QR codes : Added a new tile on the Patient Dashboard to allow end users to search records by QR codes.
Functionality: OpenMRS ability to read QR codes generated by ATS
Workflow Dependencies: Inclusion of SO Connect ID in the QR code being generated by ATS . SO connect ID to be used as athletes ID in the pre-populate upload or walk in registration.
Health Promotion updates: Added a new data points for Health Promotion Discipline. Data points added under Body Composition station.
Waist measurement : Numeric values only. Values to be entered in inches.
Waist to Height Ratio : System auto-calculates value waist /height , alerts if the range is outside .2 and 2 and includes the Classification message – Slender, Healthy, High Central Fat and Very High Central Fat.
Referral for Waist to Height Ratio : auto-populate referrals per classification range
Healthy Hearing updates: Added a new data points for Healthy Hearing Discipline. Data points added under the following forms.
OEA Screening: Added ‘ Screening not allowed’ for both left and right ear.
Tympanometry: Added ‘ Screening not allowed’ for both left and right ear.
Otoscopy: Added ‘ Urgent Referral needed’
Otoscopy: relabeled ‘Screening not allowed’ to ‘ OAE and Tympanometry screening not allowed’
Follow Up tracker and SMS automation updates:
User permissions: Admin can add and edit access to view the 'Follow up tracker ' tile on the landing page at the user level. The 'Follow up tracker ' tile on the landing page is only visible to users that have user access provided.
Added Waist to Height Referral to Follow up tracker. If an athlete has multiple referrals, they will be included on the worklist one time only
Patient Landing Page:
Reorder Tiles: Allergies, Medications and Conditions that pull data from General Health Information listed under Family Tile on the patient landing page.
Admin: Manage Events:
Ending an event i.e. Adding an Event End Date ( Configure Metadata-> Manage events-> Action-> End Date ) will remove the event from the end user login workflows. End users cannot see inactive events i.e. events with End dates.
Added new fields- Waist measurement, Waist to Height Ratio ,Referral for Waist to Height Ratio in the data warehouse and updated the ETL. Updates include Healthy Hearing updates listed in the New section.
Upgraded the three OpenMRS production servers(SO-Americas, SO-Asia, and SO-EU-Africa) and HAS-Training server to the latest version of the software.
Fixed issue related to recent General Health Information visit data not being displayed after the visit ends in the Allergies, Medications and Conditions tiles on the patient’s landing page .
Fixed issue related to Conditions appearing on the Conditions Tile on the patient landing page irrespective of yes or no response.
