• Added a new healthy athlete discipline ' General Health Information(GHI)' with 6 stations/forms. Forms added include: -

  • Allergy and Dietary Information

  • Assistive Devices

  • Infection and Epilepsy/ Seizure Disorders

  • Health Conditions

  • Medications/Vitamins/Dietary Supplements

  • COVID-19

• Added new tiles on the Patient Dashboard to include data from newly added forms

  • Conditions tile - contains the mos recent conditions entered in the GHI - Health Conditions form

  • Allergies tile - contains the most recent allergies entered in the GHI - Allergy and Dietary Information form

  • Medications tile - contains the most recent medications entered in GHI - Medications/Vitamins/Dietary Supplements form

• Created a GHI pre-populate file for uploading GHI data before an event.

Changes

Registration

• On the Registration form, added new fields(non-mandatory) listed below: -

  • Country Code

  • Email

  • Race/Ethnicity

  • Preferred Special Olympics Language

  • Other preferred Special Olympics language

• On the Registration form, removed the newly added field Anticipated # of Family members attending the Games for this person.

• Updated the pre-populate file to include the newly added registration fields Country Code, Email, Race/Ethnicity, Preferred Special Olympics Language, Other Special Olympics Language

Follow-up Tracker and SMS Automation

• Updated the phone numbers to include country codes added on the Registration form.

• Set SO-Americas production server to send follow-up messages during business hours.

  • During Daylight Saving, messages sent between 12 PM to 6 PM EST

  • After Daylight Saving, messages sent between 11 AM to 5 PM EST

Data Warehouse

• Added new registration form fields Email, Race/Ethnicity, Preferred SO Language, Other preferred SO Language, Phone number: Country Code, Possible Duplicate in the data warehouse and updated the ETL.

DevOps and Upgrades

• Updated SSL on 'has.specialolympics.org'.

• Added an alert for notifying us a week to the expiry of SSL on has. specialolymipcs.org.

• Upgraded the three OpenMRS production servers(SO-Americas, SO-Asia, and SO-EU-Africa) and HAS-Training server to the latest version of the software.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue with the third message "Did you go? Text back Yes or No" failing to send.

• Fixed issue with multiple observations created when checking latest SMS follow-up athlete responses that were causing the Americas production server to slow down.
