# 2021.04 Upgrade

## New Features

* Added the ability to send SMS follow-up messages during business hours (9 am - 5 pm) to athletes.
* Added the ability to re-send messages when no response is received from an athlete in 24 hours with a max of 3 retries.

## Changes

### Upgrades and DevOps

* Upgraded the three OpenMRS production servers(SO-Americas, SO-Asia and SO-EU-Africa) and HAS-Training server to the latest version of the software.
* Created an Android Application Package (APK) for the latest version of the Android application. 
* Migrated messaging flows to SOI's Textit account.
* Migrated from Bintray to Jfrog repository manager.

## Bug Fixes

### OpenMRS Web Application

* Added missing labels(Delegation, Urgent, Referral Type, Phone Number, Status) in the search bar of the Follow-up Tracker.
* Fixed issues with duplicate search results being displayed on the Followup Tracker.
* On the Health Promotion - Body Composition, resolved issues with the form not saving on a selection of Urgent and Non-Urgent.
* Resolved issues with timestamps appearing in auto-populated SMS - Survey form.
* On the Followup Tracker, resolved issues with being able to schedule Follow-up messages on past dates.

### OpenMRS Android Application

* Fixed issues with editing special smiles forms in online and offline mode.

## Known Bugs

* Health Promotion>Body Composition> Not able to navigate to other forms from Body Composition form by clicking on the Navigation Bar [CPSO-2651](https://jira.vecnacares.org/browse/CPSO-2651)
