The purpose of the event dashboard is to display, at-a-glance, a view of the screenings underway for the current event. The dashboard is auto-refreshed.
To access the Event Dashboard, on the landing page, click on ' Event Dashboard' tile. The title for a given event will appear at the top of the event dashboard.
The metrics included on the dashboard are defined as follows
Total Screenings
The number of screenings for the event which have data in at least one form which have been entered on any day of the event. One athlete can do 1-7 screenings
Metric includes all individuals regardless of athlete status ( Athlete, Unified Partner and Other)
Disciplines include all 7 disciplines Opening Eyes, Health Hearing , Health Promotion, Strong Minds, Funfitness, special Smiles and FitFe
Number Chart
Screenings Today
Sum of screenings for this event which have data in at least one form, which were entered today. A screenings is one or more station at any given discipline
All individuals regardless of athlete status ( Athlete, Unified Partner and Other)
Number Chart
Total Delegations at HA
Unique count of delegations which have checked in and / or started one or more screening at the event
Number Chart
Total Individuals Screened
Unique count of individuals that have been screened at the event
All individuals regardless of athlete status ( Athlete, Unified Partner and Other)

Unique count of participants (athletes / unified partners / other) screened at the event

A bar chart showing the number of screenings which have data in at least one form per discipline available on the Event dashboard.

Total number of screenings per day of the event .

This metric is an unique count of individuals that have been screened per day of the event.
