## Changes

### OpenMRS HAS Application 

* Created new landing page to redirect users to the correct server. 
* On the event dashboard, removed the "Trial Version" text next to graphs. 
* Updated all titles on the Event dashboard charts. 
* Updated the list of programs on the Manage Event screen to capture all programs 

### **User Management**

* Created a new role, "Data Entry" which only has access to data entry screens and the event dashboard, but isn't able to access administration functionality. 
* Added the ability to assign program access for multiple programs to a single user. 
* Added the ability to select a program when creating a new user account 

### Discipline Forms

#### Fun Fitness

* On the Strength and Balance forms, updated several fields to accept decimal values, not just integer values. 

#### Health Promotion

* On the Bone Density form, only show one flag message under the heel with the most severe t-score. 

#### Opening Eyes

* On the Visual Acuity form, automatically calculate decimal values from Snellen fraction values and display the value below the reading. 
* On the Autorefraction form, when users click on "Unable to test", the respective row from the table is disabled. 
* On the Checkout form, added flags based on the data entered in the IOP form fields. 
* On the Color Vision and Stereopsis form, updated the formatting so that the form has two distinct sections.
* On the Color Vision and Stereopsis form, updated the message on Trial 1.
* On the Color Vision and Stereopsis form, changed validation on form so questions are hidden based on responses to previous questions.
* On the Cover Test Station form, update the logic so that if the user selects Orthophoria or Phoria different response options are available or unavailable. 
* On the Current Prescription form, added a new question "Does Athlete use visual aids (Glasses or Contact Lenses)?" 
* On the Eye Health form, add an additional field label of ""Briefly describe Abnormalities"
* On the Eye Health form, add the ability to upload a photo of an abnormality. 
* On the Refraction form, changed the form layout.
* On the Refraction form, now display values which were collected on Visual Acuity, Auto-refraction and Current Prescription forms as read-only values. 
* Resolved validation issues on the Current Prescription form.

### Data Warehouse

* Moved data from Austria World Games into the data warehouse.
* Connected all three production servers to the data warehouse for nightly data synchronization.

## Bug Fixes

### OpenMRS HAS Application

* Resolved issue with page crashing after user enters login credentials. 
* Resolved issue with view mode on forms. 
* Updated home icon on the Edit Account Page so that users are always redirected to the main landing page.

### Data Warehouse

* Resolved issue with delegation and person\_type not mapped in the data warehouse. 
* Added missing data in the fact\_obs table into the data warehouse. 
* Added 8 missing visits resulting from merging and deleting athletes into the data warehouse.

## Global Deployment Readiness 

* Synchronized the concept dictionary between multiple servers so that all will be consistent with future upgrades on multiple servers. 
* Created new training environment. 
* Ran performance and load testing on the HAS application. 
* Made pilot server ready for production. 
* Deployed two additional production servers for global deployment.
