Changes

On Health Promotion - Body Composition form, updated BMI(20 years of age and over) and BMI Percentile (under 20 years of age) fields to use age calculation as event start date minus athlete's date of birth. This applies to data entered going forward, past entered data used date of data entry minus athlete's date of birth.
Added Flag Football to the Sports list

Added Dental follow-up care on the follow-up tracker based on the rules below: -
- If 'No' is selected on the 'Edentulous' field on Special Smiles: Screening form.
- And for Urgency status: If 'Urgent/Non-Urgent' is selected on the 'Treatment urgency' field on the Special Smiles: Screening form. If Maintenance is selected, then the Urgent column is left blank on the follow-up tracker.
Changed SMS Status from FAILED_NO RESPONSE to NO RESPONSE on the follow-up tracker
Added informative help texts below on the follow-up tracker table.
- Survey 1: This is an auto-populated SMS survey that contains questions and responses from athletes.
- Surveys 2 and 3 are used for follow-ups made by the Program Manager
Configured sending of SMS follow-up messages on SO-Americas servers between 12 PM to 6 PM EST.

Upgraded the three OpenMRS production servers(SO-Americas, SO-Asia, and SO-EU-Africa) and HAS-Training server to the latest version of the software.

Removed BMI/BMD values for referrals from unexpected forms from appearing on the follow-up tracker. Only appear when populated from the Summary and Checkout form
Corrected retry messages to be sent after intervals of 24 hours on the prod Textit account verse 5 minutes.

CPSO-2691 HP-Body Composition: BMI Percentile does not update for historical data. ( REF: CPSO-2670)
CPSO-2690 SMS Automation: The User does not get the third retry SMS for the question "Did you go? Text back Yes or No" when the user does not respond to the first 2 SMS of this question
